Hiroki Nomura 野村 弘樹
CTO and board member at Mirai Studio Inc. I lead the client-work and in-house product teams, and support startups as an independent engineer on the side. I like owning things end to end, from mobile apps down to the infrastructure they run on.
01Timeline
- 2026.04 — Mirai Studio Inc. — CTO, Board Member Technical direction for the engineering team, balancing client work with in-house products, hiring. Independent development support for other startups in parallel.
- 2023.03 — 2026.03 Mirai Studio — Executive Officer, CTO Led the engineering team and established a standard stack around Flutter and AWS (CDK / ECS / Lambda).
- 2022.10 — 2023.02 Mirai Studio — Senior Engineer / Studio Director Design and implementation of client projects, plus studio operations.
- 2020.04 — 2022.09 Number Four Inc. — Developer Client projects across web and mobile.
- 2020.03 National Institute of Technology, Fukui College — Advanced Course Joined KOSEN Career activities as a student, running and supporting events for students.

MOBILE
iOS and Android with Flutter / Dart, plus React Native (Expo) for side projects, from release operations and store review to CI.
CLOUD
AWS as code with CDK. ECS / Lambda / RDS designs that balance cost and operations.
DATA
PostgreSQL: schema design, replication, PostGIS.
INFRA / OPS
Docker, CI/CD, and a Proxmox cluster at home. Breaking and fixing things is how I learn.
